🎓 How It All Began

Many people ask us the same question:
How did you start?
The truth is, this was never some overnight “big plan.”
In the beginning, it was simply one student who became completely obsessed with mathematics.
During his time at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology,
our founding member, Hongyu, developed an intense, almost obsessive interest in probability and expected value.
He never saw blackjack as gambling.
He treated it as a mathematical system — something that could be quantified, broken down, and verified.
While others blamed winning or losing on luck, he was studying deeper questions:

Under what conditions does advantage begin to appear?

When should you scale up exposure, and when should you reduce risk?

How does human emotion quietly destroy what should have been a positive expected value position?

Through his work on Positive EV, he reached a critical conclusion:
If you are disciplined enough and systematic enough, so-called “games of probability” are not truly random.
After graduation, he didn’t leave those ideas on paper.
He brought them into the real world.
Together with partners who believed data is more reliable than instinct,
he went directly to Las Vegas.
There was no massive bankroll.
No backing from institutions.
Only strict roles and absolute discipline:

One member tracked the shoe and recorded structural changes,
one calculated advantage windows,
one deployed capital only when the edge appeared,
and one didn’t bet at all — they focused purely on live risk control and documentation.

They treated each person as a component in a coordinated system,
not as individual “players trying their luck.”
That was the earliest form of what would become the JinGold 21 Strategy Team.
The initial capital was not impressive — in fact, it was small enough that every decision mattered.

We transformed mathematical reasoning into verifiable procedure,
reduced human impulse to the minimum,
and left a record for every decision — reviewable, traceable, accountable.
Today, this system is no longer just “our way of doing things.”
